Shipping Policy

Because We Care

Your order will usually be dispatched within 3 - 6 working days from receipt and dispatched via first class mail. 

Please note that for any orders that require personalisation, you may experience a slightly longer delivery time, however we will endevour to fulfil your order within 3 - 6 working days. If your order is expected to be delayed, you will be advised by e-mail of an expected delivery date. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

A Few Short Steps

We do hope that you love our products, however if you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase, or you've simply changed your mind, we will offer you a full refund, minus the cost of postage, provided that the product is returned to us in good condition within 21 days of receipt. In the event there is a problem with the product itself we will offer a replacement or full refund including postage. Please notify us in advance of your intention to return a product and a reason why the item is unsatisfactory. Please return within 21 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned product. The returned product should be in it's original packaging with all additional elements included.
